I love this misting system. We live in a hot climate (New Mexico) but like to hang out on our deck. This makes it comfortable to use the deck throughout the day. It comes with zip ties and snap connectors for installation, but I used small cup hooks instead. It was easy to hang it from those and it stays in place. After it had run for a bit and settled in, I turned it off and adjusted the angle of the nozzles so they pointed out at an angle. To do this, just push in the sleeve on each side of the nozzle and rotate it (if you don't have three hands, you can do each side one at a time). Be sure to turn the water off first or the hose will pop out of the nozzle. I've added an inline water filter to protect the nozzles from minerals. I really liked that the nozzles were pre-installed in the hose. Installation was really easy.

Nice cooling spray if no wind. Mist is a fine spray. Never reaches you if there a a breeze. Tried moving it around. Became frustrated and turned it off.

There is more than ample hose length to connect to the faucet and to then move it where needed. Great value, convenience and function for our deck. I appreciate the design and function. Thank you. Best Regards, Pat

This was the first mister I’ve purchased. It was the right size for the front porch, so I thought I would try it. It was ‘ready-made’ with nine nozzles already in place. Because the water is extremely hard where I live, I decided to purchase a water filter to add to the outdoor water spigot before attaching to the hose and the mister. The filter lasts one season, and will protect the mister nozzles from mineral build-up. The installation went quickly and smoothly. We used our own cup hooks instead of nailing the mister permanently to the outdoor beam. That way we can easily remove it at the end of the summer season. The kit comes with tiny clips that attach to the mister tubing to aid in stabilizing the mister where you want it. We placed the mister tubing line inside the cup hooks and attached the clips around the mister tubing and clipped them to the cup hooks. We turned it on, and “Voila!” it worked! Beautiful mist! It takes very little water to work. We live in the desert SW. Hopefully this will last the summer season and we can enjoy the front porch as much as we do the backyard patio and pool area. If this works, we may add more misters to the backyard area!

If you have any sort of minerals in your water - and most homes do - plan on buying a filter, you'll regret it if you don't. I installed my system last year, it's a bit of a hassle...depending on where you want it to go; may or may not fit your needs. Is really designed to just go on a fan or hang on an umbrella. I wanted to line the perimeter of the patio to cool and keep the plants from baking in the summer. The misters worked good when they were first installed...but then one by one the got clogged. I'll pull out the misters and soak in vinegar to see if that will clear them...but what a pain. If it works I'll get a filter.

Assembly was simple, but installation a bit more challenging- in part because I installed it on a wire fence, and in part because the hose turns and rotates along the way. Overall, it works great- even thogh the dogs don't like it as much as I had hoped...

So easy to install and works perfect with the timer I purchased! Not sure who likes it more.. me or the plants! Lol You won't be sorry when you get it... very satisfied user!

These work great. Would love if you can turn some off some times but love these.
