Like the name says, you can enjoy these anytime. I top my cold cereal with them.I put them in a smoothie with some fruit and veggies. I "Sprinkle" them over a salad and sometimes I just eat them right out of the pouch with a glass of milk. I also like the way they help lower my cholesterol.I ordered them and received them the next day.

My husband and I have been using Step One Foods for the past two years. We love the bars and the pour on. Our blood sugar and cholesterol have reduced. Will not share our exact numbers for privacy but we eat Step One every day for our health and longevity.We are also big fans of no seed oils. We look forward to seeing more products from Step One with no seed oils.

My only comment on this is that it is very sweet to the taste. It isn't high in sugar but just has such a sweet taste. I mix it with yogurt, unsweetened, and I think you could mix with oatmeal or any cereal really. I would just taste test it first.

This is a delicious way to add a healthy option to your diet to combat cholesterol. You can mix this into plain Greek yogurt, oatmeal, etc. It makes a great quick breakfast or snack!

My husband and I have used Step One products since Feb 2019 and had improved health as a result especially with lowering cholesterol in a non-medicated way. We have tried all the items and our favorites are the blueberry oatmeal, pancakes and sprinkles (in yogurt) for breakfast and the lemon or dark chocolate bars for a snack although all their bars are very good. All the ingredients are in the products due to their health benefits.

This is a soft super grainy crumble. Not really good on anything. I put it in smoothies but it gave them a weird texture. Too expensive to waste though!

Love this product! Its like a very fine granola that you can mix with anything. Easy to take! I also have a subscription w/this company, but ordered here as I was running low on this product and needed it quickly. They are a great company who stands behind their products. Highly recommend.
