I make a lot of Asian dishes, especially Chinese, and I enjoy the taste of sichuan peppercorns.But I don't always have the time to grab the bag, mortal and pestle, etc.So this is a quick way to add that numbing and flavorful taste of the peppercorns without the extra steps.The other benefit is you don't get all the semi crunch you'd get with the real thing.I am using this more often than I expected because of how much it brings out the flavor of Asian dishes.I will be running out soon and may have to purchase another one.Highly recommend

Although the label doesn't say it, only use a very small amount in your food. I used it in homemade Pho and had to throw it out due to using too much. Using a very small amount worked well.

I really enjoyed this peppercorn oil. It tastes authentic and I mainly used it for noodles. The cap is terrible though - it was quite leaky and hard to keep clean.

Great product

I needed this product to test recipes for a Chinese cookbook and realized it expired 6 months after I received it so it didn't last long. It would have been nice to know the expiration date before I bought it.

Definitely has the sichuan peppercorn aroma and numbness, plus it's strong, this one will last you forever.

The product arrived fresh and tastes good. I enjoy adding it to my dumpling sauce. When I finish the bottle I’ll be ordering more.
