Gread fundamental device spoiled by poor button/user-interface design.
This alarm clock has been disappointing, primarily because it is very close to doing what I want and need, but button control system stops it from actually being usable.Things I liked about the clock - it has lots of functionality (fm, dual alarms, chargeable battery), and I was especially pleased with the clarity of the FM signal even without an exterior aerial - a key reason I was replacing my old alarm clock. The display is clear and the brightness adjustable. The exterior shell of the device is attractive and stylish. I like the physical design of this device. The clock didn't come with a printed manual, however the manual is easily found on the amazon site, even if the print is somewhat small. The manual is basic and not the best translation ever, but is completely comprehensible and covered all the features just fine.I also reached out to customer service for help with my questions/concerns about the device. They were quick to respond, helpful and patient. I tried to find the company's website or facebook page (they don't have either), but they did offer to talk directly by skype as well as email. However, despite all these positives I eventually reached some negatives that mean I'm not going to use this as my primary clock (I would return it except that I bought it too long ago and didn't keep the packaging). The most important problem is that you can't adjust the audio volume of the FM alarm. The FM radio volume is adjustable, but the alarm is set to an escalating volume that ends very loud - too loud for me and disruptive for my wife if she is waking later. The other problems all come down to control buttons. The device only has 8 buttons for all its functions and that makes things complex - with some things requiring long or multiple presses to achieve. As examples of things that were not simple enough- turning on the FM radio to listen (not alarm). First a long press of the power button, which makes the radio go into Bluetooth mode and say out loud 'entered bluetooth', then a long press of the play/pause button which makes it say out loud 'radio modular' and you are in FM mode. After this initial sequence, the device remembers that it is in FM mode for a while, but still says 'radio modular' every time it is turned on. In FM mode the tuning up/down is on the same button as volume up/down, with one being a short press and one being a long press. This works, but is not easy to use.- There are similar problems setting alarms. It is possible to set two alarms, each can be sound, Bluetooth or radio and each can be one-day or recurring. I get up at three slightly different times on different days of the week. So I need to adjust both alarms back or forward by 30ish minutes every day or two. With my old clock this took a quick press and hold for each alarm. With this clock it is possible but many presses and holds are required.- Silencing alarms (for today, not permanently) is difficult especially considering you are waking. Pressing any button once is a snooze, but then to fully silence today's alarm you have to press a specific button twice more - 3 total presses to silence an alarm- There is no way to silence one of the two alarms. Specifically I couldn't work out how to silence the beeping alarm but leave the radio running (which is my normal pattern)

A bit annoying
Has a built in voice that you can't turn off. Fairly annoying and loud. This is a clock made in China and as such does not have adequate instructions for the U.S. Good light dimmer and visibility of clock face.

Beautiful look, great sound, just too technical for me.
