Works great and it was easy to install.

Good product hold my battery

Almost got 8" but glad I got the 10" after looking up battery specs. ... Photo shows no concern with hood closing as I've seen with other product 12".*note: almost didn't see hole across from battery bottom which I expected it to be at bottom of battery

The battery hold-down parts of the clamp were not perpendicular to the cross piece. Hence, the clamp would not fit square on the battery. Also, the J-brackets were bigger than would fit my Toyota Tundra battery tray and the hook part of the J-brackets was so long that, had the brackets fit, they would have been in constant contact with the battery and likely worn a hole in it.

I got this thing cause my battery holder broke, it's worth the price for a cheap fix but I will say that it barely fits on my trucks battery and there's not many options to change the sizing for the length of the bars. As you can see In the picture, the right metal bar extends high enough to touch my hood and it looks a little lopsided. I had to cut the bar down a bit in order for this to work.
