Best chocolate for baking and desserts
I am a lover of callebaut chocolate and always use it in my bakes and when making ganache. The quality and taste of the chocolate is outstanding. I purchased these on amazon because of the super fast prime delivery service and the prices are near enough the same as other leading suppliers. This is my go to place to get my supply of callebaut especially when I need to purchase it last minute.

Easy to use and tastes good
Have used this for baking, tastes great in my white chocolate and ginger cheesecake, and for chocolate truffles. Melts quickly in a bowl over hot water on the hob, I’ve not been so successful with melting it in the microwave. Also great in blondies because the gallets are small.

Choc-Tastic
Brilliant quality chocolate at a fantastic price. If you do lots of baking and don't want to have to consistently buy blocks of chocolate from the supermarker at nearly £2 pounds for 100grams for the good stuff. This bag is fantastic, it has a fantastic "chocolock" mechanism which is like a zip lock but clips in place instead. The chocolate are in the bag in little tiny buttons, about half the size of a Cadburys button. The benefit, is no more chopping breaking, smushing chocolate. Easy ready to go pieces. Fantastic product and amazing value for money for a product almost similar in quality to Valhona.
