Very nice packaging and product is finely ground. My husband is diabetic and has kidney disease. He has to follow a low potassium diet. Most nuts are high in potassium and aren't allowed, therefore I can't use most nut flours (almond, cashew,etc.) called for in low carb recipes. Macadamia nuts are much lower in potassium than all other nuts and are allowed on his diet so I was beyond thrilled to find this distributor. I have subbed this flour for almond flour with great success.

Very fine texture

This was of a coarser texture than I expected. Perhaps my fault for not reading the description better. I use this in a meal replacement shake consisting of almond milk, protein powder, super greens & rice powder. The flavor is good & if the texture was finer I'd order again but this will be the one & only purchase. This would be awesome for baked goods.

This product is cross-contaminated with just about every major allergen source, but the pictures above do not show that part of the label. I wasted good money buying this product, and can't even use any of it to bake with. Return it, you say? This is Amazon--may as well be an Arby's. I found another sucker to pawn it off on.

Super fine and works great on fish. I also make low carb sugar free deserts for my church. I used this in a small amount in addition to the recipe on the crust and it worked perfectly and stayed crisp.
