Works great if it doesn't break!
Buyer Beware!! This shower head is great for camping, but just like the other reviewer, ours broke after 3 uses. Fortunately, my husband is handy and took it apart, realizing that the impeller part came unglued from the shaft. He re-glued it and it works again.
