The controller does not send enough voltage to the motor to facilitate proper operation.The motor stutters while making an awful noise, as the controller cannot send enough voltage to the motor for it to turn. You can twist the throttle to full, and hold the bike in-place effortlessly, as the motor stutters from lack of power. The pedal assist also does not work.

The wheel is a great buy. The fact that there is no programming guide to do things like change kilometers to miles. You have to guess or go through the program settings which have no explanation of what they do. Like I said the wheel is a great performer, I am happy with that. One little thing, this is sold by amazon and the phone operators are idiots who forward you around and even hang up on you.. They have no clue what they are doing.

Has some weird noise at certain speeds, but isn't that bad. It works well and feels pretty speedy. You really do get a good value because they include a display, but I don't know how to change it to mph or if it's possible so keep that in mind. The throttle is actually aluminum in some parts so it feels compairable to a real motorcycle throttle, better than most of the cheap conversion kits. Overall good so far, can't say for the long run yet.

Pretty easy to install.Tops out at 30mph.Motor is kind of loud.Seller won't provide any information on sub menu settings. Says not to change anything. Not even the mph/kmh settings. What a joke. Also, my PAS will not work and not much help from the seller, big surprise.Otherwise it works fine.

Simply asked for the LCD display settings manual they can’t manage to find one Says you can’t change the settings but I’ve played around with it in settings have changed. They are incapable of doing their job and then the motor itself at low speed and jerks like an 18 wheeler trying to start off with 150,000 pounds on its back. But mostly further incapability of customer service

Currently running different controller and pretty much everything else except a couple cables. The motor however easily handles 2500w peak and 1500w continuous. I use if for a booster paired with the larger 5000w unit in the rear

This wheel isn't sized to easily fit on any of the typical sized hubs. Although it's designed for a fat tire front fork, you need multiple adapters to try to make it it fit, which is cumbersome and dangerous. When I gave it electricity, behaved like a hub that had already been burnt out, although I've never used it or put weight on it. Also, the seller was not responsive to inquiries, probably partially because they don't know English. Spend a little more money and get a better competing front wheel hub product because this one is a waste of money.
