I’ve always wanted a portable, easy to carry fishing rod because I travel often and love the excitement and challenge of fishing unfamiliar waters. This is the ideal rod I’ve been dreaming for. The set comes with everything I needed to start fishing right away, a high-performance spinning reel (a $40 value on its own), braided line (easily worth $10), various lures (approximately $15 value), and even hooks! Excellent value!The telescopic fishing rod is ultralight. In fact, when I received the delivery, I wondered if the shipper had forgotten to include the rod in the package! Upon first inspection, the rod appears steady. It is extremely compact, measures just over 16”. You can easily tuck it in a backpack or any carryon bags. Just before Christmas, I drove to a costal river in the Olympic Mountain to test it out. I was not disappointed. It handles just like other medium action rods that I have except it is much lighter. Even though I didn’t catch any fish (steelhead is what I was targeting), blown out river due to recent storms was to blame. The rod performed beautifully.

I was looking for an excellent travel fishing rod and reel combo that I could keep in the car so I can fish anywhere. Received this telescopic fishing rod and it was a nice fishing kit. Upon opening the package, I'm impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. The rod has extended and retracted with no problems and holds up to its intended purpose. The reel is smooth and appears to be very well made. Also is great that it included line, hooks, and lures. It feels like a more expensive product than it is.I recently reeled in an 11 pound walleye on this pole and it handled it with no problems at all. I love it. So easy to take anywhere and fish! If you want a nice lightweight sturdy and attractive travel setup, I highly recommend this one!

Received this item couple of day ago, could not wait so taking it for a fishing trip - went to a local lake and actually caught couple of crappies.Overall very satisfied: the package is good, all of the protection were intact. Telescopic rod is well designed and easy to handle. The reel is very smooth and I can actually throw it very far. Also the lurk and fishing line is capable enough to catch any kind of game fish w/o any issue. Overall, it is a good product and highly recommend to others.

This is the second telescopic I got. It works great as expected.Personally, I love the combo which has everything I needed. As I would like to play with SUP in summer time, with the combo set I can bring all the gear I needed while I'm in the water.The fishing rod is strong, steady, and works as expected in my first fishing trip.Just a tip: remember to apply the cap back after usage as the tip might be broken if not protected. (again, don't worry about even if the tip is broken, as the combo comes with the GLUE, which can be used to fix the broken part if it happens!)

This is a great durable rod. Very portable, handles huge fish like a champ! I've caught 60+ fish on it now and have no regrets with my purchase. It collapses to a very handy size and has a convenient plastic protector on the rip. I have to say the quality is amazing for a telescopic rod. The reel is very nice, you can switch from left to right handed if needed with ease. You get a nice starter pack of lures and lines. people all around were amazed by how cool and sturdy it was.Thanks for this awesome fishing rod kit! I will buy more of your stuff. Can’t wait for my next fishing trip. My husband really enjoyed this rod.
