Bought all family members one now, I have used travel cups every day for the last 20 years and this is the first cup I have had that has lasted 12 months, my own is now coming up to 2 years old and is still absolutely fine in every way. I can leave the house at 7am with a coffee and I kid you not at 1pm it is still really really hot, the lid seals brilliant so no chance of leaks, my son fills his in a morning and throws it in his bag for college, no leaks, no mess and hot coffee well into the afternoon. With it being twin walled it not only keeps things hot it also keeps thing cold for just as long.Honestly, buy it, you will not regret it, a true A* product!

Ordered two for Christmas gifts. Ordered on the 5th Dec, arrived on the 12th, so 7 days, quite good for a personalised gift. I am very happy with the look of these flasks and the personalised printing of names. They are packaged well and look smart in their gift box. I will upgrade to 5 stars once I know more about how well they perform.
