Tablets are big but swallowable; Check your blood pressure
It is hard to get 1,000 mg of algae based calcium in a serving. Like most other tablets, you need 3 tablets to get 1,000 mg of calcium with these. I also saw other algae based calcium but you only get about 400 mg of calcium in 3 tablets.These include vitamin D, K and magnesium plus 3,565 mg of an algae, fruit and vegetable blend (organic).They also contain fillers and binders of cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica and vegetable stearin.Here is a picture of a serving compared to an Ecotrin enteric aspirin, so you can get an idea of the size of the pills.I am able to swallow 2 pills at a time, and they seem easier to swallow (less thick) than the PlantFusion brand I bought with the same ingredients and amounts but .50 cents more.I take my vitamins after a meal to avoid stomach upset.I ended up returning these calcium pills, because they raised my blood pressure by 40 points. There must be salt from the algae in these, so if you are prone to high blood pressure, monitor your blood pressure to make sure you don't have that problem.

One of the most natural Calcium supplements out there
These Calcium tablets are Algae based, vegan & made from red algae out of the waters ofIceland. They aren't the cheapest, which indicates reliable. You do get what you pay for, especially in terms of ingestibles. If you are planning on putting it in your gut, it better be the best you can find! They are also 1,000 mg. I know they've helped my bones. My hip feels stronger today than it did months ago. One fact about supplements, you must be consistent & not miss any days taking them. That's all I got, no two people the same

Much cheaper than Algae-Cal, and I'm hoping it will work the same for my bones. No weird taste or odor. Quick shipping. A+

Not Digestible
Good ingredients but they are HORSE PILLS and don't break down even in vinegar! Caused digestive distress. If you could offer these same ingredients in an absorbable capsule, you'd have a much better product.
