I don't think the pictures on the reviews do much justice this bags needs. My husband and I are very picky with quality, and this met well than more our expectations. This came with a very nice changing pad ( love the "Oops i did it again" ) statement inside of it. Inside the changing pad has compartments you can put a few diapers and wipes. That's a plus, bc we've went out of our way trying to find a changing pad that holds diapers and wipes. It comes with a long strap, so you have the option to carry it normally or by satchel or on shoulder. It also comes with a smaller bag that I assume is for pacifiers to possibly anything. And also a pacifier holder? Sippy cup holder? All possibilities. We were really amazed with finding a panflet and a baby on board sticker for a car! That shows to us that this company really cares of not only quality, but about the infant and parent. This bag looks and is big enough for toddler and infant. It's exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Best diaper bag! I have ordered countless of diaper bags since my little girl was born. This VALANDRES is the best bag for quality, value, and design. It is big enough to carry everything i need with room to spare for when my baby is older and i need to carry food and toys (baby is 3 months old, currently).This bag comes with a shoulder strap, stroller clips, pacifier pod, pacifer clip for baby, and a diaper changing mat. The changing mat turns into a soft clutch with hanging pockets to store diapers and wipes. Once rolled up the mat has a zippered pocket for your things in case your just running for a quick errand and don't want to lug you whole diaper bag (which is considerably light even packed). First off, this company has amazing customer service. They emailed to make sure the bag arrived on time and to make sure everything was to my liking. The bag is cute and seems well made. It has TONS of pockets. Seriously, more than I know what to do with. Unfortunately, the bag is bigger than what I was looking for for an every day diaper bag. I also like to be able to slip water bottles in and out of the side pockets easily and since this one has a zipper insulated pocket and a velcro pocket on the sides it's a little harder to do this. I think I'll still keep this as an overnight bag though. It can fit my purse and laptop in it as well as everything I need for my little guy with room to spare!

I've been looking for a new diaper bag when my sister bought this one. She really liked it so I figured I would give it a shot. The first bag I received was missing a zipper (manufacturer error) and the seller was SUPER quick to respond and send me a new bag. There was no hassle whatsoever with the exchange and I got my new bag (zippers and all) within a few days of my initial email.The bag is roomy, has lots of pockets, a shoulder strap, stroller straps and a matching diaper changing mat. I have 2 kids (one is still in diapers) and one on the way so the roominess of the bag is exactly what I was looking for and the many pockets help with keeping me organized. My bag was just what i wanted, it has so much space to hold everything you need. There is so many different pockets which will help me stay organized it is also very stylish. My bag did come with a flaw, the zipper to the front pocket did not come with the little handle so i could not unzip it so that pocket was pretty much unusable. So therefore i emailed valandres with the email i was provided (when i purchased the bag i received an email from them). In less than 24 hours they emailed me back which had me surprised because it was the weekend, and they apologized and sent me a new bag without me sending the old one back. Mistakes happen, i know they cant control 100% the manufacturer but what counts is how they handled my situation. So im content to say i am very happy with my bag and their exceptional customer service.
