This bar packs a big punch of spice. I like spicy, but this was really spicy.

Pleasantly surprised by this version of Epic's meat bars. I didn't think I would like this one that much because of the chicken but it was delicious. A little too sour/spicy for what I wanted but not unbearable. I wish there was more salt to balance the sourness from the lactic acid or some natural sugar (like honey or maple) balance the sour and spicy flavors more. Overall delicious, good source of protein and I would probably buy again for the variety. However, I prefer the salmon and wagyu beef bars over this one.

I bought this along with a few other bars, bites and pork grinds from this brand for my dad for Father’s Day. I actually went out on a limb, not knowing that he actually loves this brand. It turns out it was a hit and he gave it all rave reviews. He did say it’s a little pricey but worth it. I don’t think he had treated himself to this brand of products in a while and now he’s back on them. It makes me want to try them now too. Definitely recommend according to my dad and he used to be a food tester. He has tried all sorts of health products and has his favorites as well as ones that he doesn’t like, but this brand of products he’s a fan of. I feel like that says a lot because he’s definitely a man of distinguished taste, meaning he doesn’t want everyday ordinary. He wants different, he wants flavor and he wants lots of it. This brand of products definitely checked all the boxes for him.

So chalky to chew and the flavor was lacking. For the price they charge for these it's a definite no.

Decent source of protein. Taste good and easy to keep in your desk or purse.

So salty I can barely eat 1/4 of it.

Great treat if you can handle a lot 760G of salt. So much salt it masks the flavor. Redesign or fire the chef!
