First of all the customer service is absolutely top notch. There were problems with delivery and I was convinced that it was lost. After couple of emails they sent me replacement package. All the time they were professional and super nice.I ordered couple of products amongst them henna in color hazelnut and auburn because I planned to mix these two colors. Till now I was using henna ash brown and I wanted to add reddish tone to my hair and it went exactly how I wanted. Henna makes your hair shiny and thicker but that thickens comes off with time. Its really easy to use and in contrast to chemical dye it actually makes your hair healthy. 10/10

Great product! I had to leave it in for 120 minutes and it covers all my grays. It blends so naturally with my hair color and looks completely natural. My scalp usually gets super itchy after chemical hair colors like L’Oréal or Revlon but with this one I have no itchiness. Nice side effect is that it makes my hair super voluminous. All in all one of the best natural hair colors I’ve ever used.

It's not as effective as chemical hair dye but still a good one if you are ok having you hair partially colored

Great! It totally smells like henna, which I definitely don't mind (waaay better that ppd and crap) but some people do. It mixed well and coverage was good. I used the whole box on my shoulder length hair. My hair was virgin light brown. It made my hair 2 shades darker, at a nice golden chestnut.

It is a great product. The color came out as expected. Ur hair may feel dry after but that is advortized as part of the side effects of the product. Just put some coconut oil or any preferred oil and your hair will feel great after. I'm so happy with the color.

I purchased the shampoo and the Natural Hazel hair color…..almost $50.00! First of all, I tried to wash my hair with the shampoo and it did nothing! I used so much….but I rinsed it out and readied my hair to put the color on. It was a tangled mess! Unless you go in and read ALL of the instructions, you wouldn’t know (as I didn’t) that you would need a thermometer to temper the water that you mix with the powder. Nor would you know that you have to sit the bowl of color into another bowl of warm water so the color does not get cold! It was a total MESS! I followed the instructions EXACTLY….put the color on, the cap, a towel over the cap, and waited for one hour! I rinsed it out thoroughly and I couldn’t even run my fingers through my hair…..another tangled mess! I ended up putting a little conditioner on the ends so that I could comb it out. I dried and styled my hair, as usual. The gray roots were still gray with a little bit of orange tinge! It looked awful! I waited 48 hours hoping it would darken as the instructions mentioned……no such luck! I went out and bought a semi-permanent color and used it…..it actually covered the roots a lot better than this. I called Amazon, but the gentleman did not understand what I was describing. I got an email from the company saying that they were sorry that I bought the wrong color (which is what the Amazon rep told them). I wrote them back and told them most of what I wrote here AND I wrote a similar feedback…..don’t know if it’s the same as a review! I should have been refunded my money, but nothing like that, so far. Oh, and after I found this color with no chemicals, I told my sister about it. She ordered two and told me to let her know how it came out. I couldn’t call her fast enough to tell her to send them back which she did right away!UPDATE: The company emailed me and offered to send a color and better instructions OR give me a refund. I am going to opt for the refund. I do appreciate their offers!

The best natural brand I have used for the past year.

I purchased the medium brown but it left a green hue for about one week, then the color developed into an ashy brown. I then purchased the hazel in hopes that I would achieve the color I was aiming for. This too left my hair with a greenish hue initially, which then turned ashy yellow and very dry. Sadly, this product is not for me.
