It seems to get clogged very easily. The little bit that did julienne was nice ...
It came in a timely manner and seems sharp enough. However, even a small zucchini is difficult to strip. It seems to get clogged very easily. The little bit that did julienne was nice and added color to a stir fry.

Where have you been all my life?
I can't believe I have gone through 36 years of marriage and cooking for a family without this! I am so thrilled! This peeler is extremely sharp, so be careful when using it. One side is used to peel potatoes, apples, carrots, etc. The other side can be used to julienne vegetables quite easily. The brush makes it easy to clean the blades and avoid cuts to the hands. I recommend this 100 %!

Sharp stainless peeler
This is a nice, stainless steel peeler. It comes boxed and the box is marked 18/8 stainless steel. It also states dishwasher safe and lifetime warranty on the blade. It comes with a cleaning brush as well.The peeler is a nice weight, not heavy but sturdy enough. The handle is comfortable to hold. It has features that I would not have been aware of if I hadn't read through all the material online and some reviews. There are no instructions with the peeler. It seems like it would be clear, but with the extras, it really would be helpful to either have instructions printed on the box or on a sheet.It has little extensions on the sides for taking out the eyes of potatoes, and has a julienne side as well.This peeler is very sharp, so it peels really well. The julienne strips are very tiny. It also has a piece on the end of the handle from which you can hang it if you don't want this sharp tool in your kitchen drawer.The brush seems a little light, but it did clean out the bits pretty well.

Works great! We had another peeler of this same style for years that we loved and it was somehow lost. Happy to have a great peeler back in our lives!
