The original filters used to fit. These are supposed to be original. They don't fit. I've ordered a dozen each from five different sellers. Three even had "Made by Petsafe" tucked into their boxes for provedance and still didnt fit. Is this a new design that's supposed to fit? Cuz it doesn't. These fountains are the best, but without proper filters, now what? Take it and jam it? Along with their selfless humans innocent kitties everywhere are quietly weeping. Are you happy now?

Purchased some "look-alike" pods from a pet supply store for my cat's Drinkwell fountain. The Petsafe brand are much better. Fountain runs better and the cats are enjoying it much more. I will not use anything but the Petsafe brand in my fountain from now on.

I ordered a similar product that said it was from Drinkwell but arrived in a plain brown box. Then I found this one and ordered, it was more but it was the ACTUAL product! Will purchase again.

These are the only filters to use. I got others, that work, but either leave too many charcoal properties or restrict the water flow. Lessons learned.

Get these. Don’t get the knock offs. These filter properly and don’t leave excess charcoh residue.

Thanks for reminding me it is time to change the cats water filters. The filters keep my cats water clean until their main coon cat fur clog it up once a week.
