It works really well to spray, clean the floors etc. The refills are easy to get but can also be refilled if required which saves on the price of refills. Instant drying when going over the floor.Great design as can be hung up in garage or wherever.

We chose bamboo flooring as it is more sustainable for our new house.The company recommended Bona Premium Spray Mops for Wooden Floors.A quick amazon order and we were in business.Simple to assemble, fill and use.Vacuum the floors before cleaning and jus follow the simple instructions.A squirt of cleaner and rub , rub with the mop.The cleaner works well with the large microfibre mop head that takes off for cleaning.It's quick and it's easy and it works well.I can clean the entire house in one go ~ vacuum, coffee, Bona Spray Mopping.I can see exactly why it was recommended ~ its made for the job and it works.

What can I say, it does the job.Arrived in a brown box, no brand on it or writing to suggest what it is inside. Not at all like the box in the presentation picture. So, unsure if it’s a genuine product or a very good fake. I kept it though.

The best Mop, that I've ever had - When I first used this Mop the fluid didn't spray every time I pulled the trigger which was frustrating- the fix is to remove the bottle a gently push it back in - you'll feel it engage with the Mop. Now it work perfectly every time. The Mop pads are very good quality and the fluid is brilliant - my parquet floor look beautiful every time.

This has improved from the last version. When it arrived I was surprised at the ease of assembly, as this normally for a good product is sometimes difficult. Pads are thick and great at absorbing. the quality has improved and you can see even though previous versions were good quality. The versatility in the messes it cleans up with its agile head allows the mop to show its efficiently throughout the house.

The spray function on my mop stopped working after about 5 uses. I called Bona for support and asked them to send out a new mop, but they just sent out a new filled bottle - and I can't even put that in the mop as the cartridge from the old bottle has broken and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get it out of the spray contraption. Took the mop apart to see if I could get it open that way, but no. I would end up completely breaking the mop - it's totally impractical as you can't fix anything DIY. Bona apparently now sending out a new mop, but it's caused nothing but issues and I'd like to be able to get my money back for it and buy a totally different mop!! Of course, my return window ended a while back.

The spray function works well and the cleaner is good for hard wood floors but the mop is very fragile at the section where it pivots. It broke once within three months and so I bought another because I had a lot of the cleaning product left. The second one has now broken in the same place. I have now spent over £80 on a mop. Would really appreciate it if someone could send me a new mop as I still have lots of product to use.
