I was skeptical about taking biotin again because in the pass I took them and had fine rashes on my face when I stopped taking them the rashes went away,so after my big chop I decided I needed something to boost my hair growth and after doing some research came across a YouTube video with this brand and I know everyone is different but it was just a trial and error for me I did purchase it and to my surprise I did see hair growth and my nails grew very fast so i finished my first bottle and ordered again I will definitely stick to vegan biotin doesn’t have to be the same company as long as it’s vegan I will purchase it because it worked the way I wanted.

So far so good! Both my hair and nails have grown. I've used for a few weeks now. Not sure if there is any difference between this and what you can buy from the store though.

I believe Biotin is a beneficial supplement to help keep nails and hair healthy. It takes some time to affect those things, but it's worth keeping up with.

Besides the excellent follow up from the Seller, I am seeing results in my nails. I take 2 daily and notice the vertical ridges disappearing and improved strength. After cancer and menopause depleted my hormonal reserves and affected my skin and nails, this product is a welcome supplement.

I haven't been taking these long enough to know if it's working, but I like that it's a small pill and I can take it on an empty stomach.

I think it's helping but I don't think I have been taking it long enough to know for sure. It's only been 2 months. I think that 4 to 6 months would be a better time period.

I haven't been taking it long enough to reap the full benefits but glad I have it and I think it is working. My hair is definitely shinier than it was.
