Great product, great price! Walker products are the only way to go!
Perfect fit. Called Magnaflow directly prior to my purchase here on Amazon. Wanted to make certain it would fit. Drilled 2 holes (upstream and downstream O2 Sensors) and welded in appropriate bungs for sensor(s) installation. Cut out original Cat and welded this one in. Had to add a short tailpiece as this cat is shorter than OEM cat.After complete installation of exhaust system and starting the car... I am quite pleased that there no check engine codes and the catalytic converter have my 01jetta VR6 a great sound.Highly recommended!Note: this Catalytic converter complies with California emissions - per Walker Exhaust rep.

Was having issues with the OEM now the issues are gone. Eliminated the check engine on a Toyota Celica.
