Useless and will return
It plugs in just fine but does not work, I tried both of the bulbs, and it was a two-pack. It does say something about a throw ballast, but no idea what that is, and it has the correct base.I wanted a replacement bulb for my light fixture and the numbers all match, the unit plugs in and nothing happens. It is clearly not plug and play.
