Product without cover, means already been opened before. And now i get this answer when i want return it's back "This item isn't eligible for return". Really?!!! I need explanation.

Bought this several times. Like the feel and the smell is good. works for me.

I like the bottle stopper with the pump. It dispenses a pea size drop like the direction says you should. It spreads well and smooths the skin. I do wish the label wasn’t wrapped all around as you can’t tell accurately how much is left in the bottle. Good value for the money. Very soothing
