Sturdy, compact and crystal clear.
Good quality portable readers, sturdy and well protected in a hard mini-case that can ride in your pocket. The optics are good and this pair doesn’t have a blue screen coating that is actually better for uses other than computing.

Love these readers!
I recently bought a pair of Nooz sunglasses and decided to order the readers as well. Love, love, love the slimness of them and the fact they fit in a small bag. Lenses are clear and they are very comfortable on my face!

Great portable glasses
One of my favorite features of these reading glasses is that they use no screws. I've had glasses fall apart on me many times, so I think this is a great feature. Hopefully, the no-screws design will prove to be sturdy. The case is very rigid and hard to bend, so you can tuck these glasses in your pants pocket and not worry about them getting damaged. One of the temples (the arms of the glasses) sometimes sticks out when I put them in the case, but it doesn't create a problem. They feel well made, though there is some distortion at the edges of the lenses, which is pretty common (only my TUMI glasses are better, but they cost $125). I wouldn't call them "Ultra-thin" like Nooz does -- that award goes to ThinOptics glasses, which, in their case, are about a third as thick as the Nooz (see my pic), but they're also pretty fragile (and I had a screw fall out of one of them!).Marked "Made in China."

Like ThinOptics for a LOT LESS
I switched to ThinOptics which break across the bridge fairly often. I didn't mind replacing them, but since there are other options, I'd rather replace them with options that cost 13 rather than 50 (the price of ThinOptics). These are at least the same quality and, if they last longer than my thinoptics have historically lasted, they may be better.I switched to these types (ultrathin) because I often lose them and I like the stick on case. I also switched because I was sick of those indentations on the sides of my nose. That doesn't happen with these types of readers. although I do get a temporary indentation on the top of my nose. I might figure out a foam covering option soon!Lenses are clear and easy to see through. They fit well. I wish the temples were a quarter inch longer, but they're perfectly functional.Recommended-- especially if you've been buying ThinOptics which break. Try these. Fall all intents and purposes, they're the same, but much less money.

lenti inadeguate
