Seems to prevent foot cramps.
I use a few drops on each foot before bed to prevent foot cramps. It seems to work. Very seldom have a foot cramp anymore.

change in bottle
This bottle is NOT CLEAR PLASTIC instead it is solid white and I AM NOT ABLE TO SEE the content. Wonder it really has full amount in it or not. Also, I will not be able to see how much is left in the bottle.

This product is awesome as often As we are washing our hands right now this product is amazing it’s great for your skin your hair and if you want to put it in Hand sanitizer to create your own definitely worth it
