The necklace was really super cute and well made. When my skin reacted to the metal I attempted to return it. Amazon was going to charge me for shipping- nearly half what I paid. I contacted the company and they asked me to pick another product free of charge. I was not sure if earrings would be a better choice. I picked out two pairs to inquire about and they promptly sent BOTH. Love both pairs with no issues and gifted the necklace to a friend. Highly recommend the parent company!
