Very Comfortable
These were a bit smaller than I expected - I ordered the medium size and the inside diameter was just over 1/2 inch. However, they do stretch. They are very comfortable to wear and, even with being smaller than I expected, they are able to move during the day. This may mean you have to have the tube cover the entire toe so it does not move away from the area on your toe that is the issue. The only thing that may be a problem is if you have a tender blister or cyst that is being covered; in this case the initial pressure may be uncomfortable. I highly recommend these for preventing pain from toes being rubbed.Update: after more use, I find these are great if you have a growing cyst that is not yet painful. The slight pressure from the toe tube has prevented the cyst from growing and becoming painful. Also very useful for protecting healing sores/cuts on fingers when doing labor; band-aids generally do not survive long when doing labor but these are very durable. Very glad that I have these tubes!

Fantastic Product
I love these! My feet have bone spurs on my little toes and the ones next to them. I'd been wrapping one or the other toe with gauze and tape daily to keep them from their painful rubbing. These little sleeves are wonderful. You can cut them to the length needed and they stay put 99% of the time. They do take up a little space and in the beginning, I did notice it when I put it on, but after a few minutes, that sensation was gone and I don't notice them unless my shoes are too tight or it slips off (doesn't happen often and depends on if I'm wearing boots or shoes, the type of sock and what I'm actually doing at the time.) I've used them wearing sandals also and they have never slipped off. The external material is soft and the interior gel type surface is cool and soothing. It kind of reminds me of that kid slime, but it isn'y yucky or gooey like the kids stuff, it has just the right amount of non-sticky squish **LOL!!** to keep the sleeve from slipping off ;)

I think these would be good for larger toes
I think these would be good for larger toes, but I needed them for my two smallest toes on each foot which tend to roll under and they are a bit too large to stay on. They are nicely padded and would work well otherwise, also for fingers. Easily cut to size.

These are just what I needed!
Very secure yet comfortable to wear. They come in long tubes and you trim it to your needed size with scissors. Easy to get on too. Glad I bought these for my big toe

Size is not correct
I ordered the medium size which says 3/4". When I received them they are only 1/2". I have been wearing toe protectors for years and always wear 3/4". I measured mine again and theirs. Mine are 3/4" and theirs is 1/2". Can hardly get them on and they cause swelling on the surface of the toe. Cannot wear them for long periods. The quality of the product is fine. The sizing is inaccurate.

Perfect for Enacting Revenge on the Scourge That Is Your Pinky Toes
If your pinky toes just stole your vintage Mustang and murdered your puppy, buy these things. If your pinky toes just demonstrated the firepower of their fully armed and operational battle station by space-murdering all your friends, buy these things. If your pinky toes just repeatedly shot your buddy cop in the back with an antique Nazi pistol before declaring diplomatic immunity, buy these things. If your pinky toes have enslaved a vast army of orcs in their quest to lord over the world with their magical toe ring, buy these things.I purchased these in hopes of avoiding the blisters that result from my underlapping pinky toes (basically, I walk on them with my fourth toes). After wearing them for just a few hours, they had caused worse blisters than have ever occurred naturally. For the remainder of my walk-intensive vacation, each and every step was agony. (If you think I'm exaggerating, get back to me when you've experienced a pinky toe that's more blister than toe.)I'm tossing them a single star since, in a way, they did their job: they prevented the usual blisters (while causing exponentially worse ones in different spots). Highly recommended for those who possess a true, all-consuming hatred for their pinky toes.

Great, great, great for my hammer toe.
A couple of years ago I had a hammer toe pop up. Ugh! The mid joint that sticks up was starting to turn reddish probably because of the rubbing on the shoes. I was concerned since I am an insulin-controlled diabetic. One podiatrist said surgery, which I really want to avert as much as possible. Two other doctors told me to use corn pads placed on that joint to protect it. The problem with corn pads is that my grandmother used them and I associate it with old, frail people. I know that's a personal problem but there it is. The other thing is that a corn pad on that area would be very awkward and probably fall off during a lot of walking. These toe tubes were perfect, perfect, perfect. I can cut them to just the right length. They're comfortable enough where I don't even feel them under my socks and even during my hikes. I am wearing them throughout the entire waking day. I do remove them at night. These are the perfect size for that particular toe. I check to make sure the circulation is not affected. They're easy to wash and reuse. The reddening joint is doing much better now. Thanks toe tubes.

Good value for more comfortable toes
I have used these types of tubes for my hammertoe which formed after a break that did not heal well. This is the best value I have found, as you are able to cut to fit and get many more tubes from this package than in those sold elsewhere. It is important to get the right size. I use a medium, for my second toe of a foot wearing a woman's size 8-8.5 shoe. They are tricky to get on at times but worth the effort, can be rolled in half, put on and worked down the toe and then unrolled. Easy to wash and re-use, they last quite a while. Great product if you do not need a toe cap to cover a nail area. Also used it on a toe I bruised when I dropped a book on it and it helped to protect the bruise.
