I'm in the process of converting my Mongoose Ledge 3.1 into an eBike. I'm still waiting for the motor kit, as you see. The battery I bought does not fit on the down-tube like it's supposed to. So I had to look very hard for a seat post mount that I can fit a battery on. Some of the seat post mounts mount to the seat post and on the wheel studs. Not good if you have a rear suspension. This mount seems very stable. I rode around our very bumpy yard with the battery attached and it didn't go anywhere. I even bounced the rear end of the bike several times and it was able to hold up. My rides are nowhere near that rough, thankfully. I did have to swap seats to one I was gonna swap to anyway. The battery was hitting a plastic piece on my previous seat, which started to discourage me about this mount. Once I tried the new seat, it was perfect. I was also concerned about my seat's adjustability, but I actually have it right where I want it.

I bought this rear rack for my Dolphin e-bike. The rack made for this bike isn’t available until August and I didn’t want to wait that long for a rack. I was concerned that the attaching to the post would not work because I’m short and needed the seat set fairly low. My battery sits behind the seat post. But lo and behold, it works great. It’s sturdy and attached fairly easily without an extra set of hands. I bought pannier bags that fit on the rack nicely. I haven’t carried anything in the bags yet, but the rack is rated for 22 lbs which should be plenty for my needs. Yes, I’ll have to remove the seat and rack to remove the battery, but the seat would have to come off to remove the battery anyway. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. For the price, it’s a winner so far. Time will tell how it holds up to regular use. Keep in mind, it’s a rack, not a seat. I recommend.

Nice small rack easy to install 10 minutes , but I had to make a couple structural adjustments. The tab for mounting a reflector was .25 inches above my rear tire dont need a flat so I had to trim with Dremmel fabricated a bracket to mount on rear top to for reflector and small LED rear light looks good and will function for quick trips for small items at the store my other bike is set up like Beverly Hillbillies for large grocery runs etc This will add a lot of functionality without being overly obtrusive Pleased

Make sure your saddle bag will fit on this before purchase.

All the welds are nice and smooth, no pores anywhere, smooth finish over the entire rack and all of the welds. Nice unblemished satin finish on mine, ymmv.It says 10kg (22 lbs) rated, and it will support that easily on a smooth or rough road I'm confident. It better, it's freshly right now mounted on my custom ebike full suspension MTB.I just saw a similar model but that slides to extend, for less money. Kind of looking at that one now too, but I can't complain, this is s nice rack for a nice price and I'll be happy with it. I'm sure the sliding one must be a bit heavier and weaker, and easier to fail if extended, this one I think will be plenty long enough, could also extend it otherwise.

With it connecting to the seat post and Im only 5’8” it doesn’t sit low enough under my seat to add the bag I bought to put on it. Not enough room between bottom of seat and bracket.

This rack was very easy to install, the clamp with 4 bolts is much better than a quick release for this type of rack.I've had the bike out on my usual ride on rough gravel roads. The rack stays put, with no shifting or slipping.

Really good rack for my full suspension ATB eBike. Rock solid. No movement. nice slots to tie off and hold the bag. To be safe I cut off the mount tab for the rear light. I did not want it to hit my tire on an extra large bump.

Porte bagage sur tige de selle des plus communs, mais d'une légèreté impressionnante par rapport à certains autres.L'attache sur la TDS se fait par 4 vis, ce qui le rend plutôt permanent. Ce n'est pas un mauvais point puisqu'il ne se fait pas sentir.La charge qu'il peut supporter semble assez conséquente, je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes ou craintes, encore faut il pouvoir mettre tous ces kilos sur ce petit porte bagage.En effet, il n'est pas très grand. 32cm de long environs pour le plateau. La peinture n'est pas très adhérente non plus, gare aux éclats si vous reposez le vélo contre un mur sans une pointe de délicatesse. On retrouve en dessous une belle structure en alu, toute lisse. Cela explique surement le manque d'adhérence de la peinture.En bref, on retrouve ici, un porte bagage très bon pour la ville ou les courts trajets. The design is flawed because you need to have your saddle up REALLY high to make use of bit of rack which goes underneath it.I ended up attaching this to the down tube that the saddle post slides into, but this brought the bottom of the rack closer to the tyre. I used a hacksaw to take off the eyelet which you can attach a reflector to.You’re better off buying a full pannier rack.

Easy to fit (although takes a little while to get all the bolts in so not ideal for taking on and off regularly). Grips the seatpost without any movement (I have some inner tube around the post first). Feels solid and not overly heavy. I use if for a reasonably large Pilates mat, spare clothes and bike lock and it’s ideal. I would have liked quick release but thought this would be a more reliable method of attachment. Very very pleased with purchase especially as it’s a fraction of the price of many.

Montage rapide et pratique, vous n'aurez besoin que d'une clef alêne, le format est bien: pas trop imposant, assez fin pour ne pas dénaturer le vélo (pour ma part un vélo noir de course) bien pratique en ville, moins au niveau de l'accrochage d'un sac ou d'un autre contenant.Attention le retour du porte bagage arrive juste en dessous de la selle (voir sous la selle) ce qui ne vous permettra de caler que des objets fins à ce niveau.

Easy to install and looked great on the bike. Couldn't test it out more since bike got stolen, in a secure locked bike garage in our apartment, and "cameras were in maintenance" during the time of the theft. sus.
