These are different from any other dates I have had before. They are delicious. The texture is a little harder / less gooey. The flavor/taste is superior to other dates I've had. I appreciate the seller listing this product. Great value. Thank you so much. There is some kind of residue on the outside that makes them a little messy to handle, but overall excellent product, and with packaged dried foods that is something to be expected. This is the first time I tried Algerian Deglet Noor dates and I am delighted with the flavor. More robust flavor and slightly nutty aftertaste. Much better than Medjool dates in my opinion. Algerian Deglet Noor dates are not overwhelmingly sweet as Medjool dates when eaten by themselves, yet they provide as much sweetness in smoothies and drinks. Fantastic sugar substitute packed with precious minerals and fiber.

Update: just ordered bag #33 and still no bad or inedible dates in any of them like I've found in other brands. Still my favorite dates! And Soleil has top notch customer service! I can't be without these to eat every day.I just ordered bag #9, almost done with bag #8. I've tried a variety of dates from different brands over the past year and these are consistently the best. I've eaten nearly 40 lbs of these dates and have never found even one that's inedible (which has happened with some other brands I've tried). I had my little affairs with medjool and khalas dates, but these Deglet nours are pretty much what I eat every day now. I do still keep some of the others (bc I haven't eaten as many so have a lot left), only eating them when I run out of these and they're out of stock. The shipping has always been stellar, often arriving well before the estimated delivery date. I will continue to buy these delicious dates!

Despite I had problem with delivery, USPS has my package as a hostage, dates is prefect. Fresh , tasty and with the great price.

I’ve tried several brands of Deglet noor dates, and every single one is noticeably different. Soleil is a close second place, after my favorite. And I like that these are organic and still reasonably priced. They have a unique honey taste to me. They’re nicely moist on the outside, but crisp inside.

Used for sweetening my nut milks. It’s good. Large quantity. Great price. They aren’t as yummy as the unpitted dates from uglies though

Shipping was super fast. Product is delicious. Seems like most of the dates are still soft and not dried out like other brands I’ve had. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I am extremely happy with these. The packaging assures safe storage and freshness. They are moist, fresh, have a nice texture and taste. I will definitely buy them again.
