I love this stuff! You can use it for coffee, recipes, gravy, etc. and it saves a trip to the store to buy extra milk because it's already in the house, right here!

Expensive but good flavor

Very good flavor consistency especially good for baking bread emergency when you run out of refrigerator milk God for coffee tea and hit cocoa

I primarily use it to make bread in my bread machine, however I did make some to drink the other day and I did like the taste (especially when it’s cold.)The instructions were vague. Some simple calculations are needed if you are going to make anything over a cup at a time.The price was “okay.”So a quick recap…Pros:.•Tastes good (especially for skim milk) Best served cold.• Cost-just “okay.”• Great for use in bread machine (if the recipe calls for powdered milk of course.)•Decent “best by” date.•Made in the U.S.A.Cons:•Price while “okay” I can find others cheaper locally, but good in a pinch.•Vague instructions•Came in an oversized bag, which made me question if I was getting the correct amount, which I verified by using a scale that I was.I would buy it again.

Unlike others that have clumping when you add it to coffee or cold water this does not. It Blends easily and has a pleasant taste. I'm buying it again

Love it!

This dry milk is finely milled. It tastes great. I use it for making homemade sugar free hot chocolate mix.

Great for baking. Save real eggs forfeating.
