Fantastic Exercise Bike For $174
The media could not be loaded. This review is for the Men's/Women's Health Exercise Bike. The packaging was superb. After taking everything out of the box and starting, assembly was completed in 35 minutes. I took my time as I watching an NFL game. The fastening hardware is top notch. I screwed down everything very tightly with no stripping or spinning bolts. The pedals threaded perfectly and bottomed tightly in the crank arms. For $174, this is a pretty awesome bike. The seat is better than a Peloton for sure--see my pictures and video HERE. Bike is super quiet.I read some comments about tall people shouldn't get and the resistance is not very strong. I'm over 6 feet and weigh 220 lbs. and the bike works perfectly. My seat setting is 6 out of 8 maximum. I wouldn't use the seat at 8 because as some reviewers stated, it feels like it could actually come out or snap/bend. I think any one 6'2" or under would find this bike comfortable. It is stable and the seat and handle bar risers tighten firmly. The resistance is pretty strong for me. I start off at 4-5 and raise it to 7-8 tops. If you are a super-strong athlete or advanced biker, then yes, you will live in double-digit resistance and conquer this bike. For the average person, trying to get some cardio, lose weight or rehab a knee, this thing is fantastic! What I don't like is the cheap device holder and water bottle holder (too small). The two twist nuts can't really get the holder tight enough to keep it angled where you want it to STAY and the device grabber is kind of weak for my old Samsung galaxy tab I use to watch Peloton. The water bottle holder uses standard bike bottle screws so anyone can grab a bigger holder and mount. I bought this bike so my wife and I could exercise at the same time. The Peloton bike and app are great--we have both. I almost bought another with the current promotion but when I found I had to pony up another $44 per month for just the two of us, I said no thanks and bought this. I'm so happy I did. I can use the Peloton app on the tablet and Airplay (really screen mirror Samsung) from the Tab to our big Samsung TV. Works perfectly! The app on the tablet still records my ride and my Apple eco system (phone and watch) get updated. The wheel is magnetic and heavier than the Peloton wheel. This is such a good deal, I may buy another for my outdoor lanai.

Fantastic Bike
I am a very casual cycler but figured I could get more in for the days when I can not get into the gym. The bike is silent, literally silent. I mean you can he my knees cracking over the sounds this bike makes. Assembly is easy and it was very well shipped. Every piece was included is you look around the Styrofoam closely. Took maybe 30 min. The friction tension out of the box is a bit higher (like others have mentioned) but ensuring that you are seated properly and the seat height is correct for your leg travel should be enough for the overwhelming users of this bike. Its basic with out being cheap. Nice bottle cage and adjustable arm for your phone. The foot cages are thin plastic but work like the expensive alternative which may have a stronger construction. The foot print of the bike is small as I have it in my home office not taking up to much room. The bike is very sturdy and feels good peddling. As with any exercise equipment but especially cycles, the pedals are directly connected to the gears so even if you are done peddling, the bike will continue to pedal until the flywheel stops. There is an emergency brake that helps slow the bike down so you can get off. Any earlier exit off the bike with out stopping may result in your shins getting scraped via the pedals that have teeth. I am glad i picked this up and see putting on many miles.

After Some Adjustments, So Far So Good
The Women's Health Men's Health Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike is a heavy beast to get in the house (as I'm sure most spin bikes are), but once inside it was very easy to set up and the assembly instructions were quite good. As other reviewers have noted, the factory resistance levels, even Level 1, can be very challenging to some riders. My wife found the lower resistance levels to be too rigorous, so I contacted the manufacturer (Paradigm) to get help. Their tech support was very helpful and gave me pictures and videos to adjust the magnetic tension. Once I made the adjustments, the lower resistance levels became much more manageable for my wife and now we are both into a routine of using the bike. While others' experiences may be different, here are some pros and cons I see after a month of use:Pros:- Solid, well made bike. Others have said they don't like the handlebars, but in my experience they are just fine and are similar to most spin bikes I have used.- Very Stable Ride, no wobbles at all even in standing position- 4 way adjustable seat- As opposed to some other comments, seat is plenty comfortable (go ride a road bike outside and you'll see what I mean)- Mechanicals are whisper quiet during a ride- Adjustable phone/tablet holder is great- Bluetooth connection to cell phone running MyCloudFitness app is a better alternative to the cheap built in gauges of some other models.Cons (none were deal breakers for me):- Overly aggressive resistance, even at levels 1-4. However, as I discussed, Paradigm Manufacturing gave me the adjustments to dial the aggression back a bit. It is just about perfect now.- Handlebars are 2 way adjustable, not 4 way adjustable. Might pose a problem for some riders.- No mechanical noise as mentioned, but I am getting a consistent clicking noise from the toe cages. Doesn't bother me because I got the music flowing, but if this happens to you, I'm sure you can remove the cages or even install SPD type pedals if you want.- Emergency felt brake pad lightly makes contact with the flywheel at all times, even after trying to tweak the placement. Would have hoped for a little more travel for the brake pad so it doesn't have to be so darn close to the flywheel. I shaved a bit of the felt off so that the emergency feature still works but doesn't doesn't impede the flywheel spin.Overall, we are really enjoying the Women's Health Men's Health Indoor Exercise Bike. It's an excellent value for the price. One final caution: You will sweat complete bullets using this bike, so put it on a bike exercise mat for easy mop up!

I CALL IT THE PELOT-NON
Writing a long review here - I did a tonne of research - and I'm writing for the person who is hesitating and not sure as there is not a lot of info or videos online about this bike. I wanted to maintain my fitness and stay in shape with lock down, this was an awesome buy. I thought the encouragement of a class-style spin bike - would provide a better level of engagement for me - and make it a bit more interesting than sitting in a room peddling while watching Netflix hahah. Well I thought this bike has an awesome compliment of features, some tech, and seems to be pretty well made and sturdy. I've had it now for about a week or so - so take this with a grain of salt but thus far this has REALLY been a great purchase. I've never done a lot of biking/Spin bikes - so I wasn't 100% sure if I would like it a lot - so I was a bit Leary of spending 1200 or 1300 for some of the full connected E-bikes like your Bowflex - let alone peloton. But this bike is has a little bit of tech which I like. There is a built in App called MyCloudFitness - that has fitness classes on it for $20 / month subscription, but you don't have to use it - the main function in my option is to provide the Rider with all the Ride Metrics like cadence, resistance and calories. (instead of a cheap little LCD). So I use my tablet phone on the holder - which provides me with data I need about my ride, and then I purchased a Pelaton App Subscription (its only $16,99 unbelievably) - and I use their instructors and trainers. Free for 60 days. Now the bike itself DOESNT connect to the app, and there is no HR sensor - BUT I have an Apple Watch that does connect to the Pelaton App (or you can use a different HR monitor) - and even though the bike itself doesnt integrate with Apple Health, the Peloton App does, and automatically tracks my workouts, Heart rates etc etc. So what you can do is CAST your workout directly from the APP to your Firestick TV. If you want to workout on the big screen. Its VERY cool and immersive. The mycloudfitness app is good as well, it integrates all your ride data with workouts that are VERY similar - it just doesnt report back to apple health - the only drawback. But you can still set up the Apple Watch for a cycling workout and capture your own heart rate, and track your intensity using that. Finally the Mycloudfitness app - CAN cast your workout from your tablet/phone to the big screen for that same immersive experience. So in a nutshell regarding the tech - there are a few small gaps on this ride so far - 1) Not connecting your health data directly to apple health and not allowing you to pair DIRECTLY to Apple Fitness or Pelaton, BUT I PAID $555 instead of triple that for most fully connected bikes. however - I was still able to just use the your phone to track your cadence for the Pelaton workout and my watch to combine my heart rate within Pelaton as well - so this is giving me all I need for 1/3 the price.. and THIS IS WHY THIS IS 5 stars... for what you are paying you are getting an amazing product. As far as the bike is concerned, I weigh around 175, I'm 5.10, I push really hard.. its super sturdy, and well built. The Magnetic Resistance is an HUUUUUUUUGE benefit that reduces maintenance trouble to NOTHING, and is not found at this $500 price point in very many bikes. The Lighter flywheel, only around 20lbs, doesnt really seem to pose a problem - its weighted on the perimeter, so I think that's what gives a really smooth ride, - and its really well weighed, I have absolutely no complaints around that (most of my research said heavy flywheel of 30-40 is better, but this works fine for me, and the resistance at top end - Is so hard I'm a long way from ever being able to pedal at that ! if I ever get that good or that fit.. maybe I'll invest more - but maybe I won't. I really like this bike ! My wife is smaller, 5'1 and 120 and there is enough adjustability to accommodate her smaller frame - bars go up seat goes up and back and forth. SEAT: This saddle is super comfortable - a lot of the reviews I read for Sunny bikes and others always had bad stuff about the seat but this thing is really well padded, and strturedAN AMAZING PURCHASE AND I WILL UPDATE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG>UPDATE: May1st. So the honeymoon is not over. We still love this bike. It has stood out rigorous testing for 3 months - no issues at all. One of my best Amazon buys ever !

Great spinning bike at good price!
The spinning bike arrived four days in advance and after a very simple assembly I do have to say that I am very impressed in the packaging, the ease of indtallation and the quality of fabrication! I did a quick tru out and I do agree it is very silent and responsive to the adjustements! I may add more info after a few work out but as of now,I would give it a 10 + on all aspect!

Fantastic purchase!
Super impressed with this bike. In my opinion the reviews on here don’t do it justice.First off, really impressed with the packaging. Yes, kind of a weird thing to be excited about, but when you’re spending $600 for something and it’s getting shipped across the country, the last thing you want is to receive a damaged product. Solid box, lots of styrofoam packaging and well thought out packaging.Secondly, assembly. Instructions are simple, all the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, and they even include high-quality wrenches to make assembly a breeze. Took me about 45 minutes but I also took my time and made sure to read instructions carefully.Thirdly- quality. Can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the quality of this bike. Whisper quiet and that might be an understatement. Got a mat to place underneath as well which may help with the sound level but this bike is seriously silent. Aunt Bethany couldn’t hear a dump truck driving through a nitroglycerine plant, and nobody in your home will be able to hear you peddling your little heart out on this bike. Solid, sturdy frame- no shake or wobble. Comfortable, wide seat. Love the design of the handlebars and the variety of grip options they provide. Device holder is great as well, unless you have an iPhone with a pop socket on the back- then it won’t fit in the holder, so buh-bye pop socket.Love the magnetic resistance and the tension knob with the different levels clearly marked. Will make it so easy to adjust tension in the middle of a workout.Overall can’t say enough about how impressed I am with all aspects of this bike, and I’m usually a pretty critical consumer. Can’t wait to start regular workouts on this thing.

Buyer beware
The bike itself is sturdy and well constructed.Part #68 Bluetooth box cover broke the first time I used it to install the batteries. The small tag that holds the cover was so week it broke right away. Now you would think this would be and easy fix.Amazon gave me option of replacing the whole bike or a discount. All I want is 5 cent cover piece. So I’m hoping the company is listening and contact me for a resolution otherwise the whole bike will be sent back

ProEasy to assembleComfy seatNice handle barsFlat and caged peddles for easy jump on and offApp records cadence and speedNice tablet and phone holderWhisper quiet (no mat needed)Sturdy constructionNice wheels to move bike aroundSmooth rideSeat can be moved forward up to 4 inches. No slots so you can micro adjust.App has “basic workout” section that tells you cadence, speed and time for free when you sign up.ConsHandle bar only moves up and down. Not able to bring it backwards and forwards.Handle bar and seat only has 4 slots which are spaced far apartHandle bar wiggles a little when riding on the last slotMinor imperfections on a brand new bike (see pic)Cheap peddles, no clip inTension is a bit high for a beginnerNot for tall people. I’d say 5’7 is the tallest that should ride this bikeOverall I like this bike because I’m 5’4 and a beginner in riding. I plan on calling the company to figure out how to lower tension. Bought bike for $553 new with no membership.UpdateThe company finally got back to me after I sent a message about lowering the tension. Took about 2 weeks for a reply.I got the tension lowered by following their videos on YouTube. Love my bike even more now.
