Couldn’t be happier with these. I’m now chef but I love to cook and eat cheese. These are very well made, feel great in the hand and wash up nicely. Super sharp too. Only downsize is that you have to hand wash them lol. I’m lazy so ya how 😩😩Love them so much I bought the huge knife block collection by this manufacturer sold here on Amazon… love them too.

These knives feel great in the hand and are very sharp. They aren’t as small as I imagined, so that makes them easy to hold. The quality is over the top!

This set is perfect. We have used it almost weekly since we received it and it really is the best C&C knife set we've owned. We actually threw away 6 other sets that we have had and saved over the years. This one is a keeper! I hand wash each piece and hand dry each piece before putting it back into the box with the form fitting foam. I even have put a pack of silica beads in the box to absorb any additional moisture that might be left on the set. Well worth the price!

Bought it as a gift to go with other Dalstrong knives. Even on sale they wer really too much money.

VERY nice set of knives. Good weight, sharp edges and beautifully made. Gave as a gift for hubs for Christmas and he loves them. Definitely want them to be able to go into your knife block, so prepare to buy a bigger one. Blades are quite wide, which made the knife block selection a challenge.

It is small but useful. They are easy to use and clean, and sharpen. I live in a military barracks with very little room in the kitchen. These knives are still very useful for making my home recipes. I don't use them for cheese, as advertised, but on vegetables and meats and they work perfectly.
