Like the end result, decent length of bulbs to get round our patio. So what’s not to like:1) bulbs are fragile, treat with extreme care when unpacking and mounting2) I had to buy a 5m extension cable and IP66 waterproof connector block to make it work as the cable from the wall plug to the first bulb is too short (so basically my warranty is gone)Otherwise I’m actually very pleased with them. Nice ambient light effect and now I’ve bought a pack of 25 spare bulbs I feel confident that I have enough to keep us going for a while.Top tip: make sure bulb heads point downwards when mounting them as some naturally try to tip upwards. Keeping them bulb side down increases your chances of waterproofing them and extending bulb life2) make sure if you plug them in outdoors your power supply is waterproofed

When I first put up the lights, I wrote that when it rained the lights flickered. Then in November after lots of rain, they stopped flickering, hopefully permanently. Meanwhile the company have sent me a brand new set of lights without me even having to ask. So, to be honest, their aftersales service has been exceptional. For that reason I have updated the star rating. They do look good and I am very happy with them.

Lights to surround the patio area for a outdoor Christmas family gathering. Having read the previous reviews l was aware that the lights came with a short section of lead from the plug to the start of the bulbs, this l rectified inserting a length of 2 core cable extending the lead to the first bulb ( 2 joints needed) l used heat shrink connectors and then heat shrink pvc to complete the job.Be aware that once this is done the guarantee is invalidated but fingers crossed l don’t expect any issues.

The product is well made and easy to install, plus they look very good and achieve a lovely light in the evening, being LED they should last longer than standard lights and are have low power consumption - I would recommend them. However, the length of the connection between the light string and power plug is very short, circa 50cm - disappointingly, the manufacturer does not sell an extension lead. Which is why they don't get a 5 star rating.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Purchased this set as well as the 25 led bulb dimmer and timer set. Be carelful as this 50 bulb set doesn't directly link up with the 25 bulb set. Instead of rewiring, I just chopped off the plastic covering at the end that protects the 2 prongs, attached perfectly after that. I plan on buying another 50 bulb set to finish the garden. Great for early evening at 100%, then dim it down to 25% late at night.

These are beautiful light and a great length. Cable not very long from first light bulb to the plug but we will fit a new outside plug socket up higher to reach. The colour of the bulbs is warm and like a candlelight effect perfect for the evenings. I bought 2 sets as need 75ft. The smaller set, although from the same seller, has a different connecting end. I bought others from a different seller some years ago and they connect no problem. I have looked all over on how to contact the seller, to ask if they can send me another set, in return for the ones that don't connect! Overall pleased.

Initially I had a few issues with these lights with broken bulbs on arrival (although more the fault with the delivery) but the seller was very prompt in replacing these for me - I cannot fault the customer service at all!The lights are bright and have good spacing and a good length to the first lamp. Being able to extend them is also a plus point. I put these on a real Christmas tree indoors and everyone commented how nice they were. They're plenty bright enough to use outdoors too.
