Cheap in price but high quality service!
Book was ridiculously cheap therefore I expected it to be in pretty bad shape. It wasnt!. It was in great shape. Thank you so much for fast delivery too.

Some interesting ideas but perhaps not for me
I had previously read the Dummies book on Mindfulness in general, and when I decided to do something about my weight creeping up I was curious to see if this expanded more usefully on the relationship between Mindfulness and eating, to control my food consumption by developing a better awareness of whether I am genuinely hungry. Well it does to some extent but there is quite a lot of filler (i.e. not related to Mindfulness as such). Overall I think I rather lack the patience required to make use of this book, though others may be able to. Personally I have found myself developing a better sense of real hunger as a side effect of following the alternate day fasting diet.
