For the past decade ive been playing "whack a mole" with my face and I hate it. Probably wasted thousands on any cream or concoction to help my acne. I purchased this device and i cant tell you how much of a relief it is to wake up and not see what new pimple has shown up. it doesnt come with instructions but its pretty self explanatory; put the glass sticks into the wand and turn the bottom or you can watch videos. each stick is for a different purpose so itd be nice to have an explanation of which does what but i figured it out. I think it helps more when i do it after I wash my face or after the shower, then apply moisturizer. The bigger angry pimples took longer to heal completely which is understandable but even the next day i could see difference in redness and size, the others healed within the week. Its a tiny shock feeling but personally i think you get used to it. I have already recommended it to my cousin and friend.

I only just got it and have used it once. Too soon to tell results. However, it was delivered early, completely intact, well packaged, and it’s not painful at all. I’m surprisingly pleased so far. I would buy from this company again.

I received item but it did not have the manual as it stated in the ad, I contacted amazon wanting to know if they would send me one as I had no idea how to use or even turn on. I was told that that was not an option so I decided to return it and buy another one in place of the first and it did not have the manual either so I was really frustrated with that. The ad clearly states it has a manual in English included.

I did not receive a manual with this product and it’s also not violet as stated on the description. So I am a little nervous about using it. And it came in a package with labels from China so I am not fully confident it’s what I expected.

i love these items..the wands works really well..i had under the skin pimple and i used this product and the next it was gone...the comb wand works just as well..i used the comb for over a month now and my hair is not as oily looking and giving me a very soft texture...love it

It 's an excellent item ! I use this on my face and hair and it really works for me. Also, a good customer service. I don 't need to visit the dermatologist as often. Great product !!!

This product does not work for me anymore I’m not sure what happened. When I have it on at the lowest level it flashes and when I make contact to my face it zaps to the highest level and causes extreme pain. I maybe used it 5-7 times. Very disappointed.

Worked real well with my skin. My skin is very oily. My acne has minimized drastically. Also, my hair is very thin and after I used this product my hair started to grow. Would recommend this product!
