Make sure the microphone is attached correctly
First - the microphone needs to be inserted into the port correctly - the manufacturer does include the proper directions in the box - follow the directions!! I have been using this both on my laptop & phone for business meetings / conference calls. This works great for both devices and works well with MS Teams. Sound quality is good and I'm told the microphone is received well.

Soft fit on ears. Very receptive microphone.
There is a 4 second delay in activation when used as a soft phone on a windows pc. I run music at the lowest volume in the background to keep the headphones “hot” and ready to immediately talk when the phone rings.

Great work headphones
Love these headphones. Were able to plug them into my laptop. They work well on work calls and the audio is great on them.

Mic did not work
I watched the video detailing how to insert the mic and it still was not picking up any audio. Others have said that their mic is working fine, so be careful buying this product as it seems to be hit or miss as to whether your get a working mic or not.

Not as Advertised
These are not noise canceling headphones. They reduce noise because it completely covers the ear. Not a bad value for what I want but definitely not noise canceling.

An amazing headset for gaming and clear sound quality. Nice thump, good volume levels and great price. Very happy I bought them!

Had the headsets for 4 Months, before they started to Malfunction
This headset was really good, until people I was speaking with started to hear themselves, when they would speak to me. Then the cable right at the Jack has started to go out, to the point that you have to turn and twist the cable in order to be heard.As Far as noise canceling, with my wife in the same room working, we could both be heard talking through the MICVery disappointed with this Headset
