I used this in a peppermint bark layered with white and dark chocolate. A very high quality product. It melts like a dream and is really delicious. Will be a Christmas tradition from now on.

I ordered this in September when it was still quite warm out. The chocolate was shipped with cold packs that were no longer frozen, but it arrived in perfect condition. The chocolate is just what you would expect from this premium chocolatier. There is a world of difference between this white chocolate and the usual white morsels commonly available in grocery stores. This chocolate is expensive and worth every penny.

Fresh, reasonable price, great flavor. What more can a candy maker want? Throw out your crummy, tasteless, white chocolate chips and buy a bag of these. You will find more recipes which use white chocolate just because the finished product will now taste like it should. I am not going to even mention that I sneak a few out every once in a while to eat--I consider it quality control--it's a tough job but somebody has to do it. The "stay-fresh" package is a hoot--Callebaut did not want these to go bad due to poor packaging. All-in-all a great buy.

hands down and mouth open. fantastic white chocolate. delivered early. makes my cheesecakes melt in your mouth. the true gage of good white chocolate is when it melts in my mouth and my eyes close and roll back placing my mental state in nirvana. this chocolate does that. UPDATE. JUST GOT 2 MORE BAGS OF THE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH BLISS. makes my cheesecake so good my friends claim their tongues won't wrap around any other cheesecake.

With packages presently taking considerably longer than normal to be delivered across our country, I was very concerned about this chocolate melting enroute.It was in fact delayed in shipment, but their terrific packaging protected it from the brutal heat. I unboxed it with anxious trepidation, found ice packs inside that were fully melted, but when I open the packaging itself everything was in perfect condition and not melted at all.Great product - terrific packaging and care -thank you very much.

I was hesitant to order chocolate chips through the mail, since I imagined they'd melt, but I took a chance. Guess what? This bag of white chocolate chips and another bag of milk chocolate chips arrived together in a reflective, thermal, bubble wrap, and two ice packs had been packed in there with them. Although the ice packs had liquified, the chips had arrived intact and without melting. I couldn't be happier. :)
