These aren't big vitamins, which I can take, but the shape of these make me gag and has a hard time going down, only pill I've ever taken that comes back up easily. But on the plus side I've seen an increase in my skin and hair. I've also noticed an increase in my sex drive, which is why I bought them bc my husband and I are TTC. Now this could be a placebo affect but we've been trying a year so I'll update if we do end of conceiving in the next month or so. Also I read some reviews about negative side effects, so I started with a half dose for the first couple days and then increased to 2 a day. And yes I experienced insomnia like many others noticed. I highly suggest taking it in the morning. Even late afternoon dose kept me up.

I’ve had a hard time finding a fish oil supplement that is easy to swallow and doesn’t smell bad. This one checks both boxes for me. The size is reasonable and I don’t notice a taste at all. Always appreciate the quality of this brand as well!

I have just been taking about a week, but I rate it a 5 because I can take it without feeling nauseous. I have tried numerous brands because I felt like I needed it for heart health, but I could never handle the nausea that would go with taking fish oil.

Easy to swallow. No bad tastes or smell. No burps either! Clean, safe ingredients. Not a bad price. Remember, the cheapest supplement or vitamin doesn’t equal the best quality!

With most omega supplements they usually taste bad or smell awful, this product didn’t have either! I loved that. They were easy swallow!

I usually have unbearably painful period cramps for two days that don’t get better with pain meds. After two months of taking these, I only had about half a painful day and pain meds actually worked.I seem to be breaking out a little bit less, I used to occasionally get cystic acne. My hair fall seems to have reduced a bit too and my nails seem a bit stronger.Overall I was surprised because I’ve never taken a supplement before that produced such direct results. Definitely buying again!
