Not fit for purpose and no action to sort it.
The paper appeared to be fine to begin with but after using it to wrap parcels a few times a massive rip appeared in the middle of the roll. I think the paper has been twisted when it was rolled up. Very disappointed when I got in touch only to be told they wouldn’t do anything about it as it’s after 30 days. I was hardly going to unroll 50m of paper to check it and had not planned on using it all in 30 days. So now have a roll of paper that is not suitable for wrapping parcels. Very poor customer service!

Shabby - be careful who the seller is
"From the manufacturer" section on the Amazon page says 90gsm paper. The roll I received (seller Desire London) was nowhere near that thick and could tell that on first touch.I weighed my 0.75m x 25m roll = 18.75m at 966 grams which gives 51.52gsm.Wouldn't mind if the paper was dirt cheap, but its not. Can't understand other reviews saying how thick it is - perhaps purchased from a different seller? Will certainly not be buying again and suggest others look elsewhere. The paper I received is very similar to the paper used to fill out empty space in Amazon boxes.

Lovely thick paper!
Really happy with this purchase. The paper is thick which makes wrapping gifts easier in my opinion as it holds still pretty well. I have decorated Christmas gifts by adding colourful ribbons and using stamps to print directly onto the paper. It looks lovely and rustic. Really pleased I got this huge roll - it should last ages!

This is not Kraft paper! Cheap nasty stuff, keep away
I have never had such awful wrapping paper before, it is't even as good as the free stuff you get outside of IKEA for wrapping your things up. Sadly, I needed it to wrap some parcels and could not wait for something else.1. It is not Kraft paper, which has faint lines in it2. It is very stiff and so, hard to wrap3. Despite the thickness, it tears easily, which means you have to use lots of tape to cover all corners.4. Was more expensive than other rubbish productsAMAZON please up your game. No business to be selling rubbish like this on your website.

Good value, good quality.
I'm very pleased with this paper: it's good quality and a good price. Last Xmas I bought a different paper: Clairfontaine Kraft paper roll, 1m x 25m for £8.40. That paper was more like traditional brown paper; shinier and with a ribbed effect. However, it was quite thin, and if you were wrapping a present with bold lettering or pattern on it you'd need to double-wrap. This paper, on the other hand, is much thicker but not shiny or ribbed. It IS a bit like school sugar paper, as other reviewers have noted, but thinner and smoother, so is easy to wrap with and looks good, I think. Sellotape sticks well too. It's a nice pale brown colour, and on the whole I've decided I prefer it. And it's CHEAP! Although it's not as wide as last year's (75cm instead of 1m) and slightly dearer (£1.59 more) it's double the length - 50m as opposed to 25m. I'm not up to doing the maths but I think that makes it cheaper! Came with a free jute ribbon too.

Great Price, Great Paper, Great Service.
Great set. More of a paper texture than a plastic / waxy one, so sellotape and washi tape stick well. It's not super wide but does the job for me. I'll get lots of use with the roll. Bargain price.I noticed other reviews said theirs didn't come with the twine, mine did, it's excellent quality and ideal for wrapping.

Happy customer
The roll came squashed when it arrived but luckily didnt effect the quality of the paper. I ordered the paper to use with wrapping birthday and soon to be christmas presents, so far so good although I didnt read the sizes correctly and paper is slightly smaller width wise then id hoped but that is my fault. Overall im a happy customer!

Ruined Christmas wrapping!
Too thick to pack a parcel. Made Christmas eco-gift wrapping a miserable affair for me today (Christmas Eve). It was like folding cardboard. It doesn't feel nice to the touch sticky tape hates it and it's horrible to cut. In the morning I will need to make an even bigger mess of a terrible job by adding yet more sticky tape, because I know all the packages will have come undone. This was a terrible waste of my money. String, twine and tags are okay, but I needed paper to apply them to. Wish I'd read the reviews more thoroughly before ordering this horrible stuff. It will make excellent fire lighting material! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY IT - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
