Best almond milk to use with a frother. This almond milk is delicious and foams up very nicely. It is probably the best out is the nut milks. There is a little sweetness to it which is perfect for me. The only downside is the price. It’s pretty expensive for what you get. But if you’re only using it for your coffee/tea, I would recommend it.

This is my favorite nondairy milk. It tastes great and froths beautifully

Best “milk” to froth if you like cappuccinos. We have tried several brands but this is the best. It also does not contain any weird ingredients and tastes like real almonds. I highly recommended New Barn.

My favorite almond milk!

I remember a few years back when New Barn Barista Almond Milk first came to my attention. It was supposedly the same almond milk being used in Whole Foods Coffee Bars. The distinctive feature of the Barista Almond Milk was the ability to be frothed and the smooth way it blended into coffee. It was sometimes hard to find and the price was a little high, but it was worth the search and the money. Sadly, the version now being sold in the black carton does not mix very well with coffee. Yes it can be frothed very nicely but wherever the milk and coffee mix, curdling occurs. I've tried heating the milk first, adding the milk to the coffee, adding the coffee to the milk. The current product seems different than the old product in that a stabilizer must have been eliminated from the formula. To make the coffee palatable, I just have to keep stirring it between sips! I will use up the four cartons I've got, but after that I'll just go back to milk.

This almond milk is sooo tasty!! It steams so nicely & has perfect flavor. Wish I could find it more places!
