Nilodor 128 LZYM Urine Digester, Lemon, 1 gal (5)

I run a home foster based dog rescue. We have a lot of homeless pups in and out all the time and they pee everywhere! This is the only product in my 15 years that actually took the odor and STAINS out!!!!! It is safe for pets and contains no soap that would leave a sticky residue on floors, furniture or carpeting!I tested one cleaner last week, shined the black light to see all the spots, shampooed an area and 90% of the spots were still prominent when I shined the light again on the area.This morning I shampooed using Nilodor. Went through the same steps as before and when I shined the light the second time I saw absolutely nothing!!!! The lemon fragrance was not overpowering at all like so many others and just smells fresh and clean.I love this product and that it is so useful on so many things. Just wish they gave a rescue discount LOL. We need a lot of this stuff. :)

I have 12 cats three dogs. And this product is amazing I have researched and looked and spend thousands of dollars. I have been trying to find products and having my carpet cleaned and nothing avails. Until this! This product is amazing it works it actually works! It gets rid of the smell of cat urine! I've one cat that sprays and another cat that loves to pee on rugs. It's so upsetting and drives me crazy! I was starting to feel helpless but I finally Digester something that can get rid of the disgusting smell! I just wish I could get bigger bottles!:)

JUST THE BEST!There's a lot of crap out here (pun intended) that's way too pricey, or stinks worse than what you're trying to clean. Price was $12 a few years ago. When it went up I started to search out a different alternative. Some didn't do anything, some just an overpowered mask. We run a forever home dog shelter in our home. Some of our kids are getting older and have incontinence issues. After cleanup we use a hand sprayer to cover affected area let dry on its own. (The label says don't get this on your skin, it means it, the bacteria is meant to digest organics and will irritate.) The aroma left is pleasant and clean, it doesn't smell anything like a commercial bathroom Cleaner. They've got me, I couldn't find ANYTHING for such a reasonable price or works so well.

I have a small senior dog that suddenly decided behind my living room chair was her new restroom. :( She is now in a diaper, and I'm left to deal with the urine spots. I started with Natures Miracle red bottle. It literally did nothing for the urine smell, it made it worse. I then used this nilodor lemon product twice. After the first use (diluting 2:1, water, nilodor) it reduced the odor by about 50%, but you could still smell it in the room. The lemon smell was strong for about 2 days, but lemon smells much better than some of the sickening dog urine products. I did a second treatment and the urine smell is totally gone when you are just sitting in the room and you can't see it with a black light. However, if I get my nose down by the floor I can still smell urine. I plan on using for a 3rd time, but this time putting undiluted nilodor in the detergent compartment of my carpet cleaner. I hope that by using this product, letting it soak for a bit and then sucking it up, it will remove any urine remaining in the carpet. I know urine isn't in my pad because I have new carpet with plastic lined carpet pad, so I just need to get it thoroughly through my carpet. I will update with results.

My husband has reason to be jealous. If I found the genius who created this product I would probably kiss them! I am in love!My carpets had several small spots that my smaller dog leaked on, too small to catch in the wet phase going unnoticed until later when there was just a general foul smell. I bought a black light and am enzyme cleaner called Nature's Miracle. It was better than morning, but the under smell wad still there is the urine. I was ready to pull out all our carpet and live on painted floors until we could afford hard flooring. When I stumbled on this delight! It is concentrated so you dilute it 2:1 water:formula, so it goes a long way! The lemon smell is a bit strong in the beginning, but it dissipated as the product dried. Give this stuff a try!

This is the only thing I've ever found that removes urine completely! Unbeknownst to me, my daughters dog was peeing on a crocheted throw rug. I put it in the washer on soak overnight and then washed it. I could smell nothing! I put said rug on couch where cat lays and she loves it. I think if it smelled one little bit like dog pee she wouldn't go near it....This may seem expensive but it's not because a little goes a long way and because IT REALLY WORKS!!!!

If I could I would give it 10 stars. I use both original small and lemon but prefer lemon way better. Original small has a chemical smell I don't like. Lemon is fresh and not overpowering. I have been using it about 10 years now-nothing works as well as this product on cat and dog odors in carpet. I also use it on hockey protective equipment and lacrosse protective equipment and clothing-in my washing machine with towels on top to weight down the pads and all the the equipment smells wonderful afterwards.I use it on any clothes that get a funky small from being in a gym bag many days past their prime (I have sons...). I don't understand the bad reviews. Either they are a competitior product manager bullshitting or just aren't reading directions. Deep smalls in carpet from cats need so be cleaned with a lot of product and wet towels over it to let the product enzematically eat away the urine. Injecting into the carpet and pad might be a great option if you have had an issue in a particular spot over a period of time-but you can fix a major problem that has been happening multiple times over and never been fixed but need to really work on the spot-multiple days-maybe a week's worth of effort or re-treating the area until their is enough product reaching deep into the pads and underlay to eat up the cat pee proteins.

This does not work. Not only does it not neutralize the urine odor, it adds a horrible stink of its own. I cannot believe the reviews, because this is hands down the worst product I’ve ever used.
