TIPS1-The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use. Tear off the stickers of both units, then put the units into the charging dock to activate them.2-Please refer to the manual if you cannot connect the earbuds with cellphone.3-Please adjust the volumn through the devices you used to pair the earbuds and choose a proper volumn in different environment. 4-Please arrange using time properly since your hearing may be damaged by using the device for a long time. 5-Only the main unit(R) is availble to answer a call. I like these headphones
I like these headphones, however if I talk or chew with them in, they fall out. It is very difficult to get them to stay in, they are constantly sliding out.

Horrible product
Dont fit in ear very well. The pair i got wouldnt charge. They came with a full charge and it only lasted about 2-3 hours before dying. Couldnt get both to pair to phone at the same time. I literally just tossed them in the trash. Complete waste of money.

Don't move if you're using them!
This product sucks. I gave this a 2 star rating because connecting is straight forward and easy. It would've gotten 1 star except for that. They're fine when sitting completely still but as soon as I start to move around or hop on my mountain bike, they go to cutting out and the left one cuts out for awhile. I couldn't keep them going. Highly disappointed.

Not loud enough, fell out of my ears while running, only had them for a few weeks before the left bud stopped pairing with the right.

I’m sure it a pretty good headset only if I can pair it together, since I got it I have been having trouble to pair the head phones, very frustrating!!!!! Still can’t get it to work
