Useful size and much easier to apply than most pain relief products. Prefer it to the gel. Watch out when using though, not pleasant to breathe in the spray!

This spray is easier and quicker to use than the gel.It acts fast and has and has no awful smell.Would recommend it to anyone with joint pain
