so far this ink has been great. i had a smal issue with the yellow ink i received but the seller quickly fixed that. ink is so over priced. i highly recommend trying products like these. you get slightly less prints out of them but the cost comparison is unbeatable

This is the 2nd time I ordered this product. But my 2nd order when I installed the Magenta & Cyan cartridges they were dry. Unfortunately I missed my return window bcuz those colors wasn't needed at the time of purchase. I’m not sure what happen but I was unopened when I installed them. I will be ordering again but truly hope all colors arrive filled.

Ink runs when opening casing but fit printer and having no problem printing . I don't appreciate that ink comes from China and takes forever to get here. I would probably try other sellers in the future from the US

Excellent product & Incredible price! Very satisfied. All the colors were solid and of excellent quality. If I bought this from Dell, it would have cost me $61 (as I have the past). It's unbelievable that the same 4 items here cost a total $17.99! I can buy triple & I would still be under the $61. You can't tell the difference at all. I will never order from Dell again. I will use this product from now on. Excellent product, stock up now.

Talk about a slow boat from China.... Also leaked in the printer. Genuine cartridges fit better. Cheaper is not better ion this case.

First let me start with saying I have a Dell printer and have never had a problem with ink I used to get from Dell or Staples. This is the second time I bought ink from this company. First time was 1/23/19 and the printer sat for a while, when I went to use it in April 2020 the ink was dried out and I figured ok this probably happens. Since Staples was closed due to the Corona Shut Down Orders, I ordered again from this company on 4/6/20 and while it printed the quality of the print was very light and barely legible. I went to use the printer today 7/24/20 and it barely printed, with no black and mostly Magenta color but even that was very light and not legible. You can see from my first pic ink levels shows nearly full, second pic was a printer test page and you can see some colors did not print and the ones that did were very light. With only being 3 months old I should not have any ink issues. Save yourself time and money and Do Not Buy!!

Though they were not perfect,, some smearing and smudges noted, they arrived well-packaged and worked out, for the most part!Risky to order toners/ink, but hopefully worth the risk!L.

if I new it was from China, i would not have purchase it, real Junk inks was leaking from all the cartridges The black tone cartridge bottom seals was right, the rest 3 cartridges, bottom seal is oval, they all have to be round. how do I have to return this product to Amazon, thank you christos bastas
