Bought with remote (looks like this ad has since been edited to be the WiFi/app controlled model) to allow my retired mother to shut water off to the house when she goes south for the winter. Easy to install and I like that the name brand valve that I trust the quality and lack of lead touches the water. This straps on and has no problem turning the valve. Installed it right above the existing whole house shutoff in minutes. Remote in Chinese but easy enough to figure out.
