Plus side: these starfish are fairly large and all of them arrived intacted. They are cute for a wreath or crafting projects. Down side: they are extremely fishy smelling. I washed them in dish soap and let them air dry for a few days, but the smell was just as pungent. I ended up spray painting them white then brushed them with a glitter glue coat. They are more yellowish in color and some of the legs are misshapen. I wouldn't recommend these if you don't want to go through the hassle of "making them work".

Before Christmas, I purchased 2 packages of these to decorate my tree and I loved them! They were nicely shaped and large beautiful starfish! So I decided to purchase another bag to decorate around the house. I was a bit disappointed with this last purchase. The starfish were not near as large or very well shaped. There was one large one in the entire bag. If this was my first purchase I would not recommend them. But since the first 2 were nice, I will give it 3.5 stars. I live pretty far out so not worth the drive to ship them back. I will use some of the previous ones to use as decor.

These come well packaged and in great shape - I love them and they are perfect. They do have a bit of a fishy smell at first, but once they are out of the packaging that goes away quickly. Much cheaper than the local trinket stores here in Panama City Beach!

Wrap string around each one and tie a few to a decorative fishing net. Looks like they got caught in the net. They do get soft in the rain but dry out. They flake right away in the sun but still look good.

We used these on our Christmas tree. Great size and look beautiful. All came with no problems and none broken.

Worked great for my crafting project. A little smelly, not terrible and I'm sure the smell will disappear overtime
