McCormick GourmetOrganic Ground Ginger, 1.25 Oz

A little expensive but well worth it. Used it for ginger cookies and it made all the difference in the world. Plus it makes a beautiful cookie when it is on top of glaze.

I had a recipe that called for Crystallized ginger and none of my local grocery stores had any. This is a great product that came quickly.

I love this ginger I use it as a salad topping and I'm obsessed. I put it on all my salads and it gives it a sweet but tangy taste it is truly delicious. It is pricey but worth it.

I was very happy that Amazon has McCormick spices, but especially happy to have found this crystallized ginger. I can never find it at any of our regional grocery stores. I carry it with me always in the car because if anyone gets car sick, these are the perfect size and not too spicy to stop nausea in it’s tracks. It is a three and one half hour drive from our house to theirs and I had to learn this the hard way👍

I've tried a few different crystallized gingers and this one is by far the best tasting, and also by far the most expensive. Would love to buy this in bulk at a reduced price, but it is too expensive in the small jars.

I love this Ginger, and primarily use it on bagels at breakfast time. It is a wonderful addition to my breakfast and I typically use about 8 or so pieces per bagel. Great product and I order about 4 ounces per month.

This ginger is easy to swish around in your mouth when needed - its not too harsh. I also like how easy it is to store - other ginger I have bought in the past had a much more limited shelf life.
