I bought these to make boxes to gift each student in my geology classes a "Pet Rock". Having 60 science students, the cost had to be low (which it was for the boxes!) . I used a little straw, tucked in the rock, closed the lid and tied with the ribbons. They loved opening the boxes and finding their own 'Pet' with a birth certificate. I was thrilled to buy the boxes in our school colors.
