Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I brought this purely because I was after something with the freedom to watch a whole range of streaming sites from youtube, Netflix, google and many more. And a lot of smart tv’s were missing. The odd one. I though a mini pc would be a good idea. I was a little reluctant to purchase this as I thought it might lack the speed needed for general streaming.But after using for a couple of days I couldn’t be anymore happier. The speeds are adequate for what I need and the fact I can do everything a normal pc can do just makes for great peace of mind, when I’m watching a film I can just switch over the my emails and check them! It’s really easy and for general tasks it deals with them well.With 2gb of ram you’re never going to get unbelievable speeds. The more demanding tasks will cause the device to struggle. But for general use you won’t be disappointed. Attached is a video review. I hope it helps.

Delivered next day (Prime), unboxed, connected a wireless keyboard and mouse, plugged in. Turned off the annoying Cortana audio during setup, did not allow a WiFi connection or anything that required a Microsoft Account or sending them any information but bare minimum.On completion of setup, immediately used Group Policy (it's 10 Pro, after all) to disable Automatic Updates and Driver Updates (to prevent the stated possible problems with update drivers). Connected to WiFi, checked that Windows was activated (and it was, with a digital licence). Downloaded my preferred browser, and everything works a treat. I now have a TV with PC capabilities. The product is as advertised, all legit, and works fine, playing HD videos from the Internet without problems.

This item was received on time. This item must have been made sometime in 2018 as it had the Windows 10 version 1809. As the item was purchased on 12th August 2020, it was effectively a 2 years old item. I had to use a Docking Station with an Ethernet Port to connect to the Internet [I, think that the Wifi would not have worked properly for the significant updates that were installed] and even then it literally took 2 days to download [200Mbs download speed] and install all the updates from Version 1809 to 2004. I have used the Keyboard and the Mouse through the Docking Station. I have not tried to use a Bluethooth or a wireless option yet as I forsee dificulties. I will update the review as and when I try these and any other options. I have also installed Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019, which again took some time.Some of the other difficulties that I have encountered and or the problems that are there are as follows:-1. The On/Off Switch could be a bit more sturdy.2. The System has frozen a few times and on some of these occassions, I have had to switch off everthing and start all over again. This is something that has been highlighted on other reviews of this product.3. It would help to have an extra HDMI Cable provided, if you have difficulty accessing the product at the back of the Monitor or the TV.4. Some of the similar products available have an ethernet port built into the unit and this would make a lot of difference.5. If it is possible with Hardware or firmware update to plug the unit into an HDMI Port on a Docking Station and that to be connected to the HDMI Port of the Monitor or the TV, would make a lot of difference.Future models should have a minimum of 8GB of Memory and 128GB of internal Storage, an Ethernet Port and the latest version of Windows 10 Pro [otherwise it defeats the whole purpose of pluging in and using it immediately]It could have had more than 3 stars, if I had not had to spend so much time updating Windows and some of the difficulties that I have encountered as stated above.

I have been running the SMALLRT Mini PC Computer Stick 4GB RAM 64GB ROM (T6) with Windows 10 Pro for a few weeks. It is complemented with a SanDisk Extreme 128gb SD A2 card, an ANKER USB 3.0 hub and Logitech K400+ keyboard. At setup I had some difficulties with getting it to connect to the internet, but after a few tries everything was sorted out; since then I had no probs with Windows. The T6 is connected to my TV's HDMI port with the supplied cable and works great as a media centre, streaming audio and video perfectly, surfing the internet, etc. Cannot comment on gaming, as I have not played any games. The fanless T6 runs surprisingly cool and is stable and reliable. Not fast, but adequate for most applications. I intend to run it as my main computer device when travelling abroad. A gem - highly recommended!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Clean set up out of the box, but thats it, first time logging on it never did anything else. Could even open the start menu, just an endless loop of screen going black and the spinning wheel. So disappointed. Can't even run the basic operating system.

Worked for about a day then wouldDo anything, wouldn’t even power up so sent back for refund. Pity as was really impressed initially and idea is great. - don’t know whether I just got W faulty one but not sure about risking re-ordering another one

Does exactly what I was needing it for. I'll never be using it connected to the internet so won't be getting issues with the storage space getting clogged-up with updates. Still got 20Gb left on the internal card and have moved all my user folders onto a 32Gb SD card. I removed all unnecessary startup items and services and it's definitelty not laggy. If you know what you're doing then I'd recommend it.

Works well as a desktop. Browsing is slow. Processing is slow. Would be ok for a word document and simple email. A get out of trouble PC opposed to something to use every day.
