8/19: After installing this holder, I am a little nervous to put my phone in it while driving. Just sitting in the driveway it seems shaky, as if the phone wants to fall out. I tap it and it bounces around a lot and is finicky about inserting the phone, you can not just "drop" it into the holder. It seems if you have a thick case, it won't work due to the holding buttons being shallow. I'll update after a few days of use.12/19 Update: After moving to several different locations I have gotten this to be stable and strong. It actually holds well and I've increased the rating to 4 stars.

It's not a bad product, but it didn't work for me. There were no instructions in the box, so I didn't know whether or not to use the "brace" that kept falling off the back. I have an iPhone 6 (the standard size) and it didn't hold it securely enough. Hit a bump and my phone hit the floor. The holder stayed put, but my phone fell out. Don't trust it now, so not using.

Product loosely holds your phone. Bounced out of the holder going over a small speed bump. Today it just snaps in half. Tell them I want my money back but they need me to send them the item first. Zero stars if I could give it to them. Trash product.

At first I thought there was no way this was going to hold my phone because it just kind of"sits" in there without being tightened down. But it works. The only problem I have has is one of the knobs has fallen off twice now. So now I just give the knob an extra little push to make sure it is on securely.

This product is fantastic. I love how easy it is to use - one handed I can get my phone in and out. It was easy to insert into the vent as well. If it ever breaks or I lose it - I am definitely buying this exact same product again. I really love it.

The jaw that attaches to your vent is very tight which makes it a bit of a task attaching it. It is easy to put your phone in it but once you hit a bad bump or pothole your phone tends to pop out of the holder. It's a great idea but lacks in the phone security department

This holder worked for a while but then the top grey stoppers fell off. I found each one when it popped off. But on a long trip the bottom ones popped off. Maybe a defective product. Or maybe a fail. Decided to go with a magnetic holder. Less moving breakable parts.
