The reviews for this were generally enthusiastic, and seemed genuine. I was therefore very disappointed that the PC stick failed to work. I set it up as the instructions suggested, established a working link with my hub. However, the PC stick was desperately slow and failed to make any sort of connection to the Web, apart from MSN. Email account set up, but it failed to work. All this time my PC was working well, so the home system was not the cause.I have now ordered and received a new model. It has exactly the same problems but at least I have got a little further. Despite the network status panel assuring me 'Network status - connected', it wasn't. Finally I managed to establish that 'The Broadcom 802 11ac WDI SDIO Adapter is experiencing driver or hardware problems.' Acepc provides no guidance on this although, according to the Web, it is a common problem. Obviously others have not had any difficulties, but for me it is another illustration of 'let the buyer beware'. I shall be returning the second model and will have nothing more to do with Acepc.It may be that I was sent a Friday afternoon model. Certainly at this low price you cannot expect much, if any, quality control. I am now in the process of sending the PC stick back to Amazon. It is such a great idea, and it seems to work for most buyers, so I'm tempted to try my luck again. If I do, and the second go works, I will report back and, of course, change my rating.

Out of the box the PC worked fine - a little slow, but I was able to stream things to my TV which was it's main purpose. I performed a Windows update, not realising what was going to happen - and as many others discovered, lost my WiFi adaptor. I performed a complete factory reset, but still no WiFi. At a loss as to how to proceed, I pressed the "get support from Amazon" button - and after explaining what I had done was told that the device was no longer under warranty as I had broken it myself! I'm absolutely livid. And now have a PC that is effectively useless.

The wifi stopped working after upgrading to the latest version of windows. After contacting Amazon tech support we got it up and running again, but with only a maximum speed of about 1mbs. I contacted the seller who recommended installing their disk image and disabling windows updates. This seems like a dangerous recommendation given important security updates are needed regularly. The rest of the device worked great so I bought a usb wifi dongle and that fixed the internet issue.

I purchased the ACEPC Stick with 2Gb RAM and 32Gb disk, the stick was delivered timely. Upon start-up everything worked fine, Windows installed and Windows Update was run. When completed I had a functioning Win10 Build 1909, which is almost 2 years old. So I wanted to update to the latest version W10 20H2.1. There is not enough space on the 32Gb to update directly, I had to run multiple cleanups and uninstallation of programs to gain the 10Gb W10 20H2 demanded for the installation.2. After the installation and restart the BroadCom adapter (Broadcom 802.11ac WDI SDIO Adapter) was missing. This wasn't being loaded at the hardware level.Solution from the supplier was to plug in & out the power 20-30 times - fast (as soon as the blue light comes on). This worked - sometimes.3. There was still problems with the BroadCom driver in W10 20H2, so I reverted to W10 1909, but still the WiFi wouldn't start. I had to go through the 30 plugin-out again. Finally I came up.All in all, the stick works and is very compact and quiet. If you will buy one, buy one with a lot more storeage space.But, the HW problem should have been rectified before supplying the product.

This is really useful for computer if you are working on the computer too much like me .. it takes too much space you can easily add a Micro SD card up to 128 GB .You do not need to worry about the annoying noise.That size PC for travelling and carry on bag on trips and you can travel with it and also take it with your work place. I am really happy have this ..

Can't get windows to even startup, keeps crashing at the language select point, can't get through the repair process because it's asking for a password which has never been set, username: defaultuser0 but no idea what password maybe needed. I could probably give it to my IT guys at work who could install a new Windows 10 which may work but not going to waste my and their time. Being returned

Purchased this a while ago. When first booted it failed repeatedly with firmware errors. Now many months later the after sales team picked up my (poor) review here and contacted me.I was surprised and impressed with really good after sales support - if you have difficulty you will get help.
